I'm in Denver, never been here before and WOW it's gorgeous. I'll be hitting the Rocky Mountains, enjoying hiking and trail runs. What I'm really stoked about is being a mile high (Denver is above sea level by about a mile). I'm hoping the thinner air will challenge me and make me stronger. I said to hubby last night, so does this mean I only need to run a mile to get the same workout as running two...I don't think so. Instead of looking to cut corners, I'm looking for a challenge, and I know I'm up for it!
