Ironic 'healthy kids' sign

I saw this sign at a local park & loved the message...then I saw the bottle of coca cola. I swear I played no role in it's placement! My friend Tracy suggested perhaps people will begin leaving undesirable items near the sign: McDonalds bags, cigarettes, juice boxes, pizza slices... Anyway-what item would you leave at the sign???
