Hi everyone,

I have been shifting the work I do lately. I'm working on loving myself and from there making positive life choices. I've created a series of workshops around 'loving yourself'...I call it 'Unleashing Your Inner Goddess'! I believe that when you truly love yourself, from that place can come empowered, loving changes (or shifts). After years of self-loathing as a catalyst for change, I find this to be much more organic and fulfilling. Do you agree? Is self-love the best catalyst for making changes or shifts in your life?
